The Functional Fitness Room is available for open use any time of day except while group classes are being held. This is a great place to begin and end your personal training session, and to come in on your own and do your own workout. There is a treadmill, inversion table, stationary bike, BOSU Balls, resistance bands, Dyna Discs, free weights and ample mirrors to allow for posture assessment.
Personal Training Room
The Training Room is available to be booked for individual sessions with our personal trainers. When not in use for private sessions, this room will be open for membership use. It has a cable machine, heavier free weights, BOSU Balls, Stairmaster, cross trainer and resistance bands. If the room is available for use, the door will be open. If the door is closed while you are here, that means the room is in use for a personal training session so please do not disturb.
Get Fit on Adams is ideal for use as a transitional gym for those who are just finishing physical therapy and need a place to continue doing exercises on your own. You will need to be cleared by your doctor before you begin on your own. If you feel that you need additional guidance during your transition, we offer personal training services that would be beneficial to ensure a safe effective recovery.
Get Fit On Adams has a space that can be rented for multiple purposes that have to do with living a functionally fit lifestyle! Examples: educational lecturing, meditation groups, semi-private yoga instruction, martial arts, or group dance practices. Space reservations must be cleared in advance with Tamara.
