Together, we will build the program that works best for you at this time in your life!  Learn proper biomechanics, posture, work around prior injuries and still get a great workout every time!  Training may also include body fat assessments, BMI, nutritional assessment and journaling.  All one-on-one training is by appointment only.

small group training

For people who like the social aspect of working out, need people to help keep them accountable or a different type of date night!  Get your friends/family together and make it a group effort!  Assessments can also be done in small group training.  All small group trainings are by appointment only.

A great way to get a total body workout in one hour!  You move to a different workout station every 2 minutes.  Designed for a large group and good for both beginner and advanced fitness levels.

Prefer to work out at home or maybe at your neighborhood park with your friends and need a trainer?  This option is the way to go!  All destination trainings are by appointment only.
