here's how it works
The first step is to schedule a Fitness Assessment. Whether you are looking for an open gym membership, one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer, or both, a meeting will be necessary so we can review past health history, fitness goals, and physical limitations. Don't worry, this is not a high-pressure sales meeting, we just need to assess your skills and determine at what level you are able to begin. This assessment can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes.
Once it is determined which direction you will be going, we will progress accordingly. If a training session is in order, we will schedule one at that time. If your skill level meets the qualifications for a open gym membership, we will do your welcome tour, create your membership account, go over equipment usage, gym etiquette and membership rules.
